SCALES MOUND–JoAnn E. Williams, 82, Scales Mound, passed away at 2:40 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018, at Manor Care in Dubuque, Iowa.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21 at Holy Trinity Church in Scales Mound. The Rev. Thomas Srenn will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the church.
The Miller & Steinke Funeral Home of Scales Mound is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be given to the Thomas Williams Scholarship Fund or Hospice of Dubuque.
