ROCKFORD–Roy Douglas “Doug” Smith, 58, Rockford, passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 7, 2020.
On June 11 a walk through visitation was held, followed by a private family service.
A private burial service was held on June 12 at Greenwood Cemetery, Galena.
